Refund policy

At Modeva, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

90-Day Returns : You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll provide instructions.

Refunds : Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, it'll be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items : If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items : Items marked final sale, or showing signs of wear or use, are not eligible for return.
